अमरनाथ यात्रा पर नहीं जयकारों और मोबाइल पर रोक लगाने के NGT ने दिन निर्देश
नई दिल्ली। नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल(एनजीटी) ने अमरनाथ यात्रा को लेकर बड़ा निर्देश दिया है। एनजीटी ने यात्रा के दौरान ना सिर्फ आखिरी चेक पोस्ट के बाद मोबाइल फोन ले जाने पर पाबंदी लगाने को कहा है बल्कि यात्रा के दौरान भगवान शिव के लिए लगाए जाने वाले जयकारों पर भी रोक लगा दी है।
खबरों के अनुसार जस्टिस स्वातंतेकर की अध्यक्षता वाली ट्रिब्यूनल की बेंच ने अमरनाथ श्राइन बोर्ड को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि वो इस बात का ध्यान रखे कि अमरनाथ में मंत्र और जयकारे ना लगाए जाएं। साथ ही तीर्थ यात्रियों को भी आखिरी चेक पोस्ट के बाद गुफा तक मोबाइल या अन्य सामान ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। ट्रिब्यूनल ने कहा कि श्राइन बोर्ड इस बात की व्यवस्था करे कि यात्री अपना सामान सुरक्षित रूप से रख सके।
बता दें कि इसके पहले नवंबर में ट्रिब्यूनल ने श्राइन बोर्ड को यात्रा के दौरान श्रद्धालुओं को दी जाने वाली सुविधाओं, गुफा के आसपास की साफ-सफाई और गुफा तक जाने वाले मार्ग पर फटकार लगाई थी। एनजीटी ने गुफा के पास के पूरे इलाके को साइलेंस जोन घोषित करने का सुझाव दिया था। एनजीटी ने कहा था कि इससे बर्फीली वादियों में आने वाले एवलांच से भी बचा जा सकता है।
