व्यापमं घोटाला : सीबीआई के खिलाफ फिर अदालत जाएगी कांग्रेस
भोपाल। व्यापमं घोटाले में कांग्रेस अब सीबीआई की हार्डडिस्क और पेनड्राइव संबंधी रिपोर्ट को अदालत में चुनौती देगी। साथ ही भोपाल की सीबीआई की विशेष अदालत में प्राइवेट कम्पलेंट भी दायर करेगी। अभा कांग्रेस कमेटी के विधि विभाग के अध्यक्ष व मध्यप्रदेश से राज्यसभा सदस्य विवेक तन्खा ने बुधवार को नवदुनिया से चर्चा में यह बात कही।
उन्होंने कहा कि सीबीआई द्वारा दी गई रिपोर्ट गलत है। इसे पार्टी अदालत में चुनौती देगी। तन्खा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस के पास हार्डडिस्क में छेड़छाड़ के जो भी साक्ष्य हैं, पार्टी उन्हें एक बार फिर से अदालत में रखेगी। व्यापमं मामले की सुनवाई करने वाली भोपाल में सीबीआई की विशेष अदालत में पार्टी एक प्राइवेट कम्पलेंट दायर करेगी। इसमें हार्डडिस्क में छेड़छाड़ और पेनड्राइव संबंधी समस्त साक्ष्यों को अदालत के सामने प्रस्तुत करेगी।
सिंधिया ने सीबीआई जांच पर सवाल उठाए
कांग्रेस सांसद ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया ने भोपाल में बुधवार को पत्रकारों से चर्चा में सीबीआई की जांच पर सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस वातावरण में यह जांच हुई है और सुप्रीम कोर्ट की फटकार नहीं लगी होती तो इस स्तर तक भी जांच नहीं आती। सिंधिया ने कहा कि अब अदालत में सुनवाई होगी और अदालत का फैसला मान्य होगा। सीएफएसएल हैदराबाद की रिपोर्ट पर सिंधिया ने टिप्पणी नहीं की।
सीबीआई बड़े आरोपियों को बचाने में जुटी
नेता प्रतिपक्ष अजय सिंह ने आरोप लगाया है कि सीबीआई व्यापमं मामले में बड़े आरोपियों को बचाने में लग गई है। घोटाले से जुड़ी मौतों के मामलों में क्लीनचिट देने का काम कर रही है। चार्जशीट में पंकज त्रिवेदी का नाम नहीं होने से सीबीआई की मंशा स्पष्ट हो गई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि त्रिवेदी जिस पोस्ट पर थे वह तकनीकी पोस्ट थी और इंजीनियरिंग डिग्री की योग्यता वाला ही इस पोस्ट पर बैठ सकता था। त्रिवेदी कॉमर्स की डिग्री वाले हैं। उनकी नियुक्ति ही नियम विरुद्ध थी। जब वे गिरफ्तार किए गए, तब उनके पास से एक करोड़ रुपए जब्त हुए थे और वे ढाई साल जेल में भी रहे। इसके बाद भी सीबीआई ने चार्जशीट में उनका नाम शामिल नहीं किया।
क्लीनचिट के प्रमाण सार्वजनिक करें
कांग्रेस के मुख्य प्रवक्ता केके मिश्रा ने कहा कि जब सीबीआई ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में क्लीनचिट शब्द का उपयोग नहीं किया तो मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान को कैसे मिली क्लीनचिट? मुख्यमंत्री के स्वयं को क्लीन कहने संबंधी बयान पर मिश्रा ने कहा कि अगर वे क्लीन हैं तो क्लीनचिट के प्रमाण भी सार्वजनिक करें।
