रोबोट ‘सोफिया’ बन गई सऊदी अरब की नागरिक
नई दिल्ली। यंत्र रूपी मानव ‘रोबोट’ की इंसानों के साथ शायद यह नई दौड़ है। अब रोबोट ‘सोफिया’ को ही लें। सोफिया किसी देश की नागरिकता प्राप्त करने वाली दुनिया की पहली रोबोट बन गई है। धातु के चंद टुकड़ों से बनी सोफिया(ह्यूमनॉएड आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस रोबोट) ने सऊदी अरब में 85 देशों से जुटे निवेशकों के सम्मेलन में खुद ही अपने को सऊदी नागरिकता मिलने की घोषणा की।
सोफिया ने कहा, ‘मैं विशेष पहचान पाकर काफी सम्मानित और गौरवान्वित हूं। दुनिया में किसी रोबोट को नागरिकता मिलने की यह ऐतिहासिक घटना है।’ सोफिया की नागरिकता का तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट से स्वागत हुआ। सम्मेलन में वक्ता के रूप में मौजदू यह रोबोट निवेशकों को आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस(एआइ) की दुनिया में ले गई। एआइ के भविष्य पर प्रकाश डाला।
सोफिया ने हॉलीवुड की फिल्म ‘ब्लेड रनर’ से लेकर इलेक्ट्रिक कार निर्माता कंपनी टेस्ला के सीईओ एलॉन मस्क तक पर चुटकी ली। ब्लेड रनर में रोबोट की नकारात्मक छवि दिखाने की कोशिश हुई थी। वहीं एलॉन मस्क एआइ को आने वाले कल के लिए खतरा बताते रहे हैं।
हालांकि अभी यह साफ नहीं हो सका है कि सोफिया के पास किसी आम सऊदी नागरिक की तरह ही सारे अधिकार होंगे या रोबोट के लिए कोई दूसरी व्यवस्था होगी। वैसे यूरोपियन यूनियन ने भी ऐसे रोबोट को ‘पर्सनहुड’ का दर्जा देने का प्रस्ताव किया है।
आम लोगों के साथ रहने की चाहत-
हैनसन रोबोटिक्स की ओर से तैयार रोबोट सोफिया मानव का भरोसा जीतना चाहती है। उसने अपने भविष्य का खाका खींच रखा है। सोफिया कहती है कि वह आम लोगों के साथ रहना व काम करना चाहती है। मनुष्य को समझना और उनकी तरह भावनाएं प्रकट करना चाहती है।
रोबोट में ‘सेल्फ अवेयरनेस’ यानी स्व जागरुकता के सवाल को सोफिया टाल गई। कहा, ‘चिंता मत करें। अगर आप मेरे साथ अच्छे हैं तो मैं भी आपके साथ अच्छी हूं। मेरे साथ स्मार्ट इनपुट-आउटपुट सिस्टम के रूप में बर्ताव करें।’ दरअसल रोबोट सोफिया इंसानों के बीच उन्हीं की तरह रहने के लिए बनाई गई है। चेहरे पर हाव-भाव के साथ यह रोबोट मानव की तरह बात करने में सक्षम है।
